This Privacy Policy explains how AVOUTX LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AvoutX", "we", "us"), handles information in the mobile game LexForge (the "Game"). We built LexForge to be safe and fair, and we collect as little as possible. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Playing as a Guest
You can play LexForge without signing in. As a Guest, your progress, settings and currency are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. We do not create a personal profile for Guests. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, Guest progress is lost.
2. Signing in with Google (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive a Google account identifier and your email address from Google. Your display name is not taken from your Google profile — LexForge gives you a randomly generated name that you can change to a custom one of your choosing (see Section 3). We use this information to save your progress to the cloud, sync it across your devices, and show you on leaderboards. You can keep playing as a Guest if you prefer not to share this.
3. Information we process for signed-in players
- Account: your Google account ID, your email, and a display name (randomly generated by default, or a custom one you choose). Your display name is shown to other players inside the Game — on the global top-100 leaderboard, the Daily Challenge rankings, and in tournaments. Your email is never shown to other players. Display names are checked by our own in-app filter; we do not send names to any third-party moderation service.
- Gameplay data: run history, best floor reached, achievements, titles, in-game currency (Ink Shards), and Daily Challenge results — used to power saves, leaderboards and rankings.
- Notifications: if you enable them, a push-notification token so we can remind you about the Daily Challenge and streaks. You can turn these off any time in Settings.
4. Diagnostics & analytics
To keep the Game stable and improve it, we collect crash reports and basic, non-identifying usage and device information (such as device model, operating system, and game state at the time of a crash). Crash reports use a hashed identifier — we do not put your name, email or precise identity into crash logs. We do not collect your contacts, photos, or the content you type beyond what is needed to run the Game. We do not collect your precise location; however, our analytics and advertising providers (Firebase Analytics and AdMob) may infer an approximate, country-level location from your IP address to keep the Game working, prevent fraud, and serve and measure ads.
5. Service providers
LexForge uses Google Firebase, Google Play services and Google AdMob to operate: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, Analytics and Cloud Messaging, and AdMob for advertising (see Section 6). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your account or gameplay data with advertisers for cross-app behavioral targeting.
6. Advertising
LexForge shows ads through Google AdMob. Most ads are optional, opt-in rewarded videos — for example, to revive in a run, reveal a clue, or claim a daily bonus. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice and is never required to progress. The Game may also show occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads between floors; these are infrequent, and you can remove all interstitials with the optional "Remove Ads" purchase. We do not use banner ads. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. LexForge serves only non-personalized ads — we do not build an advertising profile of you or target ads based on your behaviour. Where your region requires it (for example, the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we show a privacy notice. LexForge is intended for players aged 13 and over.
7. Purchases
Any in-app purchases are handled by Google Play. Items you buy are cosmetic or convenience items and have no real-world monetary value. We receive a purchase confirmation to grant your items; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
8. Age requirement & children
LexForge is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We keep the content family-friendly — the dictionary is cleaned of profane and adult words, and there is no open chat — but the Game is not designed for or targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Your choices & data deletion
You can play as a Guest to avoid sharing personal data, disable notifications in Settings, and sign out at any time. To request deletion of a signed-in account and its associated cloud data, email us at [email protected] and we will process your request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the Game or store listing.
