These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LexForge (the "Game"), published by AVOUTX LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AvoutX", "we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play LexForge for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms.
2. Your account
You may play as a Guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the Game or other players.
3. Display names & community conduct
When you sign in, LexForge gives you a randomly generated display name and lets you set a custom one. Your display name is shown to other players inside the Game — for example on the global top-100 leaderboard, the Daily Challenge rankings, and in tournaments. You are responsible for the name you choose.
You agree not to use a display name that is offensive, obscene, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing; that impersonates another person, brand, or LexForge staff; or that attempts to evade our name filtering (for example using separators, leetspeak, look-alike characters, or deliberate misspellings). Offensive names are blocked at the point you set them.
We reserve the right to remove, change, or reset any display name at our discretion, with or without notice. Depending on the situation we may, in escalating order: rename or reset the name; remove the account from public rankings; or suspend or terminate the account. If you see a name you believe breaks these rules, you can flag it using the in-app reporting option.
4. Fair play
Please play fairly. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, manipulate leaderboards, or reverse-engineer, tamper with, or modify the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law. We may remove scores or restrict accounts that violate this.
5. Virtual items & currency
The Game includes virtual items and currencies (such as Gold, Ink Shards, relics and cosmetics). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, balance, or remove virtual items as part of normal updates. Where the Game offers purchases, all sales are final except as required by applicable law or the Google Play refund policy.
6. Advertising
LexForge offers optional rewarded video ads (for example, to revive, reveal a clue, or claim a daily bonus) and may show occasional interstitial (full-screen) ads between floors. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice and is never required to progress. The Game does not use banner ads, and you can remove interstitial ads with the optional "Remove Ads" purchase. Ads are non-personalized.
7. Updates & availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. We aim to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvoutX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Game will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country or state. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights you have under local law that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Game evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice in the Game or store listing. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
