This page explains how to permanently delete your LexForge account, published by AvoutX ("we", "us"), and exactly what data is removed. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Method 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
You can delete your account directly inside LexForge:
- Open LexForge on your device.
- From the main menu, tap Profile.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Read the warning and tap Delete to confirm.
Your account and all associated data are erased immediately when you confirm. The action is permanent and irreversible — to play again you will need to register a new account.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account removes all data associated with your account ID (UID), including:
- Your player profile — display name, title, Ink Shards balance, achievements, cosmetics, daily streak, and preferences.
- Your run history (records of your past games).
- Any feedback you submitted from within the app.
- Your Firebase Authentication user (the account identity itself).
Once your profile is removed it no longer appears on leaderboards. There is nothing further you need to do.
Method 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account (for Google sign-in) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and process it within a reasonable timeframe.
Data retention
Account data linked to your UID is deleted when you confirm deletion in the app (or when we process an email request). For diagnostics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics may retain pseudonymous, aggregated data that is not linked to your account UID (such as anonymous crash reports and usage statistics) for a limited period, in line with Google's data-retention policies. This data cannot be used to identify you and is not part of your account.
